Selling User eXperience in Panama
As I said before, here in Panama it’s very difficult to sale UX because people don’t understand the value of User Experience for their projects, they want to go directly to Visual Design.
So I was thinking, we have done some interesting UX projects here but we need to push hard and educate the client if we want to continue more and more selling this kind of services. I’m working in a UX portfolio for sale UX services here in Panama, I’ll try to explain to the clients in a clear manner what’s UX and it’s different artifacts.
This portfolio could have the following:
- Communication Brief Questionaire
- Client Survey
- Sketch papers (six-up’s model, to take some ideas an annotations of the project)
- How we work (Our Process)
- Our Works (one or two examples including sitemaps, wireframes, visual design: before and after)
- UX Services (a single page, a brief of what we offer)
- A Case of Study (how we help the client to enhance the User Experience)
