Designing a digital insurance experience that transforms complex processes into a clearer and more intuitive customer journey.

In this case study, I present the process I used to design a responsive web application that helps boost auto insurance sales. We followed a Design Thinking approach, and I also share some of the tools I used throughout the project.

Designer.

I’ve spent more than two decades working where design, technology and product meet—from my early years as a web programmer to leading UX/UI and enterprise Design Systems.

I’m also an entrepreneur, teacher, author and visual artist. That creative practice keeps me curious, willing to experiment and attentive to the human details inside complex systems.
